Where ever she is, Artist Katherine McDermott is compelled to paint what she sees.  From the stunning beauty of the high mountain valley where she has her studio and gallery, to her favorite tropical haunt, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, her brush captures the color and clarity, and even the temperature, of her surroundings.  Working in watercolor, pastel, and sometimes both, her paintings are bright with light and color.  Watch out...they'll draw you in and you'll find yourself transported!
